Registered Veterinary Nurse - Small Animal

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicatedRegistered Veterinary Nurse to join our team in Ross- On-Wye. The team is friendly and close knit, always happy to work together to create a supportive and open culture. The patient is at the heart of everything we do, always ensuring to provide the highest level of patient care and client satisfaction, underpinned by continuous education, innovation and development. The role will cover all aspects of small animal nursing, allowing the individual to grow and develop.
The role is ideally full time covering 40 hours a week, over 4 or 5 days, between the hours of 8.30am to 7.00pm, plus a 1:4 Saturday morning with time back the following week. Work life balance is important to us, and therefore would be happy to discuss flexibility around these hours / days. The clinic does not operate out of hours and as a result the role would not require out of hours or bank holiday coverage.
Vine Tree opened its doors in the Wye Valley in 2015 as an independent, family-run practice in a newly refurbished pub (the beer cellar still exists but is sadly booze-less!!). Our collaboration with IVC in 2017 has seen our business and team grow exponentially.
While having all the mod cons you would expect in a modern small animal practice (including digital and dental x-ray, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, ultrasound and an in-house laboratory). Our fantastic nurses play a large role in the practice and provide consults for our longstanding clients, you can guarantee you will be valued at Vine Tree Vets.
Vine Tree is so much more than its equipment and the building we operate in, with the longest team members being with us for over 25years! The team at Vine Tree comprises of 2 Vets, 4 nurses, 3 receptionists and 1 practice director.
