Job Description: Join Gregory Distribution as a Transport Supervisor for our busy Milk Operation in North Tawton. This role involves providing leadership and supervision for the day-to-day operations, with a particular emphasis on strong compliance support. You will also support operations in North Tawton when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all vehicles and drivers under your supervision are routed effectively to maximise their utilisation at all times, maintaining service levels to Customer and GDL requirements, whilst keeping control over associated costs.
2. To ensure that tankers operated from North Tawton are always presented in a clean and tidy condition.
3. To ensure that the uniform policy is followed by all staff. Appropriate PPE are provided and reordered when required.
