Business Improvement Contractor
Operational Diagnostic and Process Mapping Engagement (3 Months)
ONSITE Tamworth
Outside IR35 Circa £450p/day
Scope:
Deliver two defined diagnostic work streams:
* Customer journey, end to end across all operational touchpoints
* Asset lifecycle, from acquisition or onboarding through utilisation, maintenance, and disposal
Produce departmental operational blueprints showing roles, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and interdependencies. Create accurate current state process maps based on observed activity
Engage operational teams to validate understanding without redesigning or implementing change
Provide structured insight to support the creation of the business plan
Outcome
* Clear operational blueprints for each in scope department
* Activity level current state process maps
* End to end customer journey map
* End to end asset lifecycle map
* Consolidated findings highlighting constraints, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities
* Fact based inputs to inform leadership planning and prioritisation
