Compliance Administrator Location: Burton on Trent Type: Full-time, Permanent Support the compliance function by managing administrative tasks related to complaints, KPI reporting, and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation. This role is key to maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and driving continuous improvement in food safety and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Complaints Handling: Log and track internal and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. Sample Management: Oversee returned product samples and coordinate follow-up actions. KPI Reporting: Generate and analyse compliance and quality KPIs to support data-driven improvements. QMS & Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date QMS documentation. Audit Support: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits. Compliance Records: Support regulatory and customer compliance documentation and audits. Process Improvement: Identify and support improvements in compliance processes. Admin Support: Manage team meetings, training records, and compliance databases. Requirements: Experience in admin or compliance support, ideally in food manufacturing. Familiarity with QMS, document control, and food safety standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and data systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of BRC, HACCP, GMP is a plus. Attributes: Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
