We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Aspiring SEN Class Teacher to join a nurturing and forward-thinking specialist school in Bedford. This role offers hands-on classroom experience, structured support, and the chance to develop into a confident and skilled SEN educator.

About the Role:
* Lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social-emotional needs
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning styles and EHCP targets
* Collaborate closely with SEN specialists, therapists, and support staff to create a holistic learning environment
* Receive ongoing mentorship and training, with clear routes to qualification or induction completion for ECTs
* Help build emotional resilience, independence, and confidence in every child you teach
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
* Strong communication, empathy, and resilience
* Willingness to learn and grow within a specialist education setting
* A degree or relevant classroom/SEN experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to commute to Bedford
* Commitment to a full-time, long-term role
