Overview
We're looking for a proactive and adaptable individual to join our Facilities Team in a Reception role. This is a varied position where the majority of your time will be spent managing reception duties and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. As part of a supportive team, you'll be fully trained across all areas to ensure flexibility and provide cover for colleagues across the Support Centre estate during holidays, sickness, or when additional support is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being at the heart of a busy workplace.
What you'll be doing
* Meet and greet all colleagues and visitors
* Meeting Room Bookings
* Maintenance calls
* Supporting processes & site portal
* Carry out administration duties
* To rigorously monitor 3rd party contractors
What you'll need
* Computer literate - Understanding of excel spreadsheets, and computer-based systems.
* Great customer and guest relations skills
* Understanding of numbers and ability to reconcile
* Reception experience
* Understanding of stock control
