What you’ll be doing as a Supply Chain Graduate:
You will support the Commercial & Supply Chain function in delivering effective procurement, supplier management and commercial governance across the KBS Maritime portfolio at Portsmouth Naval Base. This role is designed for a university graduate and provides a structured entry point into a professional supply chain career within a complex and regulated environment. You will participate in a structured graduate development, mentoring and on-the-job learning and we will support you in progressing your CIPS professional qualification if desired.
Responsibilities
* Supporting end-to-end procurement activities, including RFQs, ITTs and evaluation documentation.
* Assisting with supplier onboarding, compliance checks and approval processes.
* Supporting supplier performance monitoring, reporting and issue resolution.
* Assisting with contract administration, order placement and record keeping.
* Assisting with supply chain risk management and governance reporting.
* Supporting commercial risk assessments and value-for-money evaluations.
* Preparing clear and accurate reports for internal stakeholders and customer reviews.
