Your New Role
In this role, you’ll support senior colleagues across all commercial and cost-management functions. Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with cost planning, measurement, and estimating
* Supporting the preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation
* Contributing to valuations, cost reporting, and change management
* Liaising with internal project teams, clients, and contractors
* Ensuring accurate financial control and supporting project delivery
You’ll gain exposure to pre‑ and post‑contract duties, with structured support to help you advance toward chartership (RICS).

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or working toward it)
* Previous experience in a consultancy or contractor environment is desirable
