Your Role (What you'll be doing) As a key member of our Slough workshop team, you will:
* Routine Servicing: Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs on all makes and models.
* Diagnostics: Troubleshoot and rectify vehicle issues using advanced equipment.
* MOT Prep: Prepare vehicles for inspections and carry out safety-critical repairs.
* Quality Control: Road-test vehicles to ensure all work meets our 4.8-star standard.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and digital job cards.
What You Need
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance is preferred.
* Experience: Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment.
* Tools: Must have your own set of professional tools (support programs available).
* Skills: Strong diagnostic skills and an interest in new technologies like EV/Hybrid.
* Compliance: A full UK driving license is preferred.
