Benefits include a competitive salary, a £3000 bonus opportunity per year, an average of £140 tips per week, access to Wagestream, a dedicated 6-week training program, free Wagamama food allowance, discounts at Wagamama and other brands, internal progression opportunities, wellness programs, family-friendly policies, and financial wellbeing support.
What We Look For:
* Experienced hospitality manager capable of leading a restaurant team positively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicator with genuine care and support for team members.

* Ability to manage budgets and develop team performance and careers.
* Inspirational leader who fosters a nourishing and flourishing team environment.
* Problem solver with quick decision-making skills.
The Wagamama Way:
Our philosophy, Kaizen, meaning ‘good change,’ drives us to continually improve in food, thinking, and working, with a focus on freshness and sustainability. We celebrate individuality and diversity, creating inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone can be themselves. We promise to support our team and foster trust and open conversations.
All we ask is for you to bring your unique self to the role.
Wagamama is proudly part of Disability Confident.
*Tips are 100% for our teams, based on management positions across UK restaurants, and are not guaranteed wages.
