Job summary: Food Runner
Someone looking for their first start in the industry, or an experienced waiter/waitress looking to improve their English before graduating to the floor, who loves the buzz of a busy restaurant, the thrill of giving great service and the joy of making people happy with great hospitality.
What you'll do as our newly appointed Food and Beverage Food Runner:
* Prepares the busser section and food pass section before service
* Keep station clean, with adequate supply of necessary materials
* Polishes cutlery and glassware
* Counts linen
* Provides assistance to the Head Chef, Food Expediter and floor team
