My client, a small private practice law firm based in the West End, are seeking a Junior Office Assistant to join their Office Services Team. The candidate should have good IT skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must be willing to work as a member of a team and assist colleagues as required. This is a busy and varied role which will require candidates to use their initiative and work to deadlines. Duties include setting up/clearing meeting rooms and preparing refreshments ordering lunch when required dealing with post, photocopying & scanning ordering office supplies scheduling building maintenance checks liaising with the cleaners arranging couriers retrieving files from storage assisting with internal office moves.
