The Role:

We're looking for high-performing Account Executives to join our London-based team. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to pioneer Birdeye’s expansion into new markets and help local and global businesses thrive with our platform. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with C-level executives, and delivering real impact to clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Be Doing

* Own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting to closing
* Engage and influence VP and C-level stakeholders with confidence and clarity
* Become a product expert on the Birdeye platform and translate our value into tangible ROI for clients
* Manage pipeline with precision, using data to forecast and exceed revenue goals
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
* Help shape the sales playbook as we scale in the EMEA region


requirements

What You’ll Bring:

* 4+ years of sales experience, including 2+ in SaaS, with a focus on Mid-Market or Enterprise deals
* Proven track record of new business acquisition (hunter role)
* Experience running consultative, solution-based sales with multiple stakeholders
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to build compelling business cases
* Knowledge of CX, Reputation, or MarTech software is a big plus
