We’re looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our clients dynamic contact centre team on a full time, permanent basis. You'll be the voice of the brand — whether supporting customers over the phone or via email — helping them with a wide range of queries about Savings and Retail Finance products.
Whether it's assisting someone to open a savings account or supporting a retail finance customer with payment queries, you will play a critical role in delivering a first-class customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and online portal
* Supporting customers with opening and managing their savings accounts
* Assisting retail finance customers with account queries, payments, and balances
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
* Using a variety of systems (training provided)
* Delivering a service that reflects our positive and professional brand
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Proven customer service experience in a telephony-based environment
* Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), attention to detail, and strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
* Mindset: Positive, proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable to change
