You will: Lead, inspire and develop your team to achieve sales and service targets Drive store performance through strong commercial awareness and decision making Deliver an outstanding customer experience through coaching and leading by example Manage all operational aspects including stock, deliveries, compliance and cash handling Maintain high visual standards to create an engaging and easy to shop environment Recruit, train and develop a high performing team Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth About you: We are looking for a confident and people focused retail leader who thrives in a fast paced environment.
