We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will support our skilled stylists in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is perfect for someone passionate about the hair industry and has experience, eager to learn, and looking to develop their skills in a dynamic salon environment.
Tuesdays 12 - 8pm or Wednesdays 9.30am - 6.pm
Fridays pm

Responsibilities
* Assist stylists with various tasks including shampooing, conditioning, and styling hair.
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring their comfort during appointments.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon, including workstations and common areas.
* Support front desk operations by managing appointments, answering phone calls, and handling client inquiries.
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience.
* Assist Stylist's in salon.
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
Experience
* Previous experience in a salon environment is essential.
* Skills in customer service are crucial; the ability to communicate effectively with clients is a must.
* A willingness to learn new skills such as makeup application or eyelash extensions is highly valued.
* Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards upselling services and products.
