Business Services Assistant Manager – Swindon
Salary: £44,000 - £56,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse portfolio of clients, managing key relationships, and mentoring junior colleagues in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as the main point of contact
* Overseeing accounts preparation and tax returns
* Supporting and developing junior team members
* Liaising with clients and providing advice on accounting matters
* Assisting with workflow management and business development initiatives
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or AAT qualified with relevant experience)
* At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Strong technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of accounting standards
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
