Operations Lead - Pathology Support Services

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to step into the role of Band 7 Operational Manager for Pathology Support Services across UHSx.
This is a cross‑site leadership role covering Specimen Reception, Phlebotomy, Reception and Stores functions at:
* Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH)
* Princess Royal Hospital (PRH)
* St Richard's Hospital (SRH)
* Worthing Hospital (WOR)
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing support services across multiple sites, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations, supporting service standardisation, and driving improvements in quality and staff experience.

Qualifications
* Specialist knowledge of pathology and/or management acquired either through study to masters degree level plus experience or through in depth experience
