As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be:
* Responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs.
* Leading plans for children with disabilities and complex needs.
* Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
* Developing effective working partnerships with families, carers, and significant others.
As a Social Worker you are required to:
* Hold a Social Work England registration.
* Be eligible to work in the UK.
* Hold a full UK license.
* Have post-qualified experience.
* Possess a degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
