Are you an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in pension administration, whether in business-as-usual operations or project delivery? Are you eager to advance your career? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you As a Team Leader within our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the execution and day-to-day oversight of a varied portfolio of projects. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead, motivate, and develop your team, making a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. How you'll make an impact Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to a high standard. Plan, budget, allocate resources, and manage projects and events to align with organisational objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the Team Leader. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and optimise processes. Compile and present operational reports to senior management. Analyse data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for process improvements. Offer guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to pension regulations, including GMP/GMPE, minimum pension increases, and disclosure requirements. Review and interpret Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, Benefit Specifications, and Actuarial instructions to determine appropriate actions. Participate in Trustee and ad hoc client meetings as needed. Support client account managers with documentation and other responsibilities. About You Experienced Team Leader in pensions administration or a Project Analyst within the pensions sector. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record. Comprehensive knowledge and experience in DB, DC, and Hybrid Pension Schemes. Outstanding analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in performance management, including conducting regular reviews. Strong ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders. Skilled in conducting audits, identifying risks, and driving process improvements. Relevant qualifications such as PMI or Prince2 are highly advantageous. Must have the right to work in the UK.
