Our teachers are fulfilled by making small, meaningful impacts
Our teachers find fulfillment in making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these small victories, which we call "huge small victories." While they may seem minor, they collectively make a significant difference.
Get out what you put in
You will work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. Your role is to support their learning, development, and self-esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, but the rewards of these small victories will be a source of pride.
While the journey can be challenging, the positive progress will be rewarding. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you'll receive comprehensive support from in-house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Our colleagues are highly skilled, and our school environments are well-resourced. We will support you every step of the way to build a rewarding teaching career.
