?? What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the vital link between training and transformation-delivering clear, practical training in all things Agri, HSE, Technical Standards, and Animal Welfare. From onboarding and refresher sessions to designing learning modules and coaching individuals through Work-Based Diplomas, you'll be growing both skills and confidence across our farming community.
You'll also:
* Lead Agri induction training with clarity and consistency
* Keep records sharp, data current, and documentation audit-ready
* Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to smash training targets
* Ensure site compliance with LMS (85%+), while lifting learning outcomes across the board
* Stay curious and informed, bringing the latest in agri best practices to your sessions
?? What You Bring:
* 2+ years experience working with Farm live stock
* Sharp knowledge of HSE, animal welfare, and statutory regs
* Superb communication and training delivery skills
* Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation
* Organised, empathetic, proactive-and a true team player
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as needed
Bonus points for:
* Level 3 Training Skills or A1 Assessor Qualification
