Salary: £60,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for strong systems thinking and practical operational judgement. We want genuine curiosity about AI and automation. We need comfort with Power Platform, RPA, APIs, AI/LLM tools, and low-code/no-code development. We are looking for someone who can spot inefficiencies and redesign workflows end-to-end. We want a background in operations and automation, CRM or business systems, workflow consulting, process improvement, technical operations, or AI implementation. Experience in financial services or another regulated environment is a strong advantage. Responsibilities: We will have you map and improve operational workflows alongside leadership and operations staff. We will rely on you to manage and expand our Power Automate and RPA processes. You will design AI-assisted tools for document handling, summarisation, and workflow support. You will manage integrations between our internal systems and external platforms. You will evaluate AI tools and vendors, and coordinate with external developers where needed. You will support internal adoption, training, and operational reliability.
