Overview
Join Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust as an Occupational Therapist working mainly with older adults in community and rehabilitation ward settings. The position offers a rotational experience across Adult Therapy, Stroke, Community Hospital, Stroke Service, Discharge to Assess and other services.
Responsibilities
* Provide occupational therapy interventions to a mainly older person demographic, in community or community rehabilitation ward settings.
* Collaborate with an established team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, assistant practitioners and therapy assistants to deliver rehabilitation services.
* Maintain an autonomous workload, arranging own caseload and work schedule within the support network.
* Engage in a preceptorship programme (if applicable) and complete internal and external training relevant to the role.
* Participate in supervisions and appraisals to discuss professional development and growth.
* Contribute to a rotational schedule across Adult Therapy, Stroke, Community Hospital, Stroke Service, Discharge to Assess and other services.
Qualifications
* Good standing as an occupational therapist.
* Right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship provided).
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage own caseload.
* Willingness to undertake preceptorship and additional training.
