Planner role:
* Contribute to the successful development of significant projects, supporting senior planners in achieving project goals.
* Assist with project management of external consultant teams, ensuring the needs of clients and all relevant stakeholders are met.
* Provide high-quality analysis, research, and written reports, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
* Support the submission of planning applications and planning strategies, assisting with the overall management of projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Planner Ideal Skills:
* Excellent academic qualifications with an RTPI/RICS accredited qualification.
* Ambition and drive to influence and contribute to the development of large-scale, high-profile projects.
* Strong analytical and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly.
* Energetic, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel.
* Ideally, candidates will already have RTPI chartership or be working towards submission in the near future.
