As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve our customers across various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in ensuring customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
2. Lead by example and serve customers quickly and warmly
3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Keep displays fully stocked and appealing
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop

About you
You will be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you recognize and value diversity.
