Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Degree in Health and Social Care, Nursing, Social Work, or a closely related field.
* Experience teaching Health and Social Care at BTEC Level 2 and 3 (or strong potential as an ECT with relevant professional experience).
* A strong understanding of the current trends and challenges within the Health and Social Care sector.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
