Automotive Service Advisor

Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:0017:30 (No Weekends)

Full-Time | Permanent

Our client is a well-established, family-run garage looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their friendly team. They pride themselves on honest service, long-standing customer relationships, and a supportive working environment.

The Role
* Being the main point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone
* Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and MOTs
* Providing clear explanations of work required and associated costs
* Liaising between customers and the workshop team
* Updating customers on vehicle progress and completion times
* Handling invoices, payments, and basic administration
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
* A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Good IT and administrative skills
