SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTIONIST SEPTEMBER START CROYDON FULL TIME/TERM TIME/ TERM TO PERM PAY FROM BETWEEN £14-£20 PER HOUR *MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SCHOOL ADMIN EXPERIENCE Summary A Good Secondary School in Croydon are seeking to appoint a School Administrator/Receptionist to join them on a full-time basis starting immediately. About the school It’s a thriving school with huge ambition based in East Croydon for pupils aged 11-16 in a wonderful state of the art building where students can flourish in a first-class educational environment. About the role * Full time working non-negotiable working hours from 7.45am to 4.15pm Monday to Friday * Managing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day running of the school office * Managing busy reception area * Handling school communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence * Assisting with attendance records, pupil data management, and BROMCOM database input * Supporting staff and visitors, ensuring smooth school operations * Working closely with senior staff to provide efficient administrative support Requirements * Previous school administration experience is essential * Proficient in using school management systems (BROMCOM/SIMS experience is highly desirable) * Be detail-orientated, organised, proactive, and able to work independently as and when required * Strong organisational and communication skills * Applicants must have an enhanced DBS preferably on the update service The School are interviewing/trialling now and if you have a proven track record in school administration, looking for a new position with the potential to secure a permanent role, apply now!
