Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday office hours) Benefits: Parking, Pension, Gym, Flexi hours, 23-days hol B Hol, Cycle scheme, casual dress, gym, etc. Overview of the Project Coordinator role To plan, manage and monitor all inventory and processing of a range of projects for multiple accounts in conjunction with the Project Team and Account Manager The Project Coordinator Role To manage and monitor all inventory requirements, ensuring that the inventory is available for customer call-offs, identify any issues that would result in shortages and prepare action plans to resolve To prepare proposals for sending to the customer for commitment to produce inventory To plan, monitor and manage the production requirements needed and ensure stock is available for each customer order. To create production orders on the system and schedule assembly and production as needed for the projects Liaising with customers, warehouse, and suppliers regarding inbound deliveries To set up Part Numbers on the system To prepare and finalise customer orders To assist in answering the incoming calls received by the department. General customer services/ Account management duties To assist the estimating team in the preparation of production estimates when required Suitable Candidate Previous project/ stock administrator experience Strong organisational skills Good time management Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel Team player, with strong communication skills Previous Customer Services experience Are you happy to travel on occasion to clients within the UK and abroad?
