Location: Slough
Salary: up to £60000 depending on experience plus overtime and callout
Hours: 41.25 hours a week

What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking full ownership of a portfolio of building services contracts, including mobilisation and planned maintenance delivery.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and strategic service reviews.
* Leading and developing a team of engineers, providing clear direction, support, and coaching.
* Ensuring contractual, compliance, and operational documentation is accurate and delivered on time.
* Managing subcontractors to ensure safe and compliant work.
* Acting as the main escalation point for operational or client issues, providing decisive and effective solutions.
* Identifying opportunities for service improvements, additional works, and commercial growth.
* Working collaboratively with internal teams including operations, scheduling, finance, and HR.
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of your team.

What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience managing M&E or building services maintenance contracts.
* Strong ability to lead, support, and motivate teams.
* A confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike.
* Sound technical knowledge of building services and mechanical plant.
* Strong organisational and commercial awareness.
* Commitment to health & safety best practice.
* Full UK driving licence.
