We’re looking for a Group Financial Controller to join a dynamic, forward-thinking AIM-listed business. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional ready to step into a GFC role or for an established GFC keen to broaden their remit in a high-growth, transformation-focused environment.
There is a real opportunity to shape the future of a growing, acquisition-active group. You’ll be working closely with the Group CFO, CEO, and the Board, playing a critical role in both financial leadership and strategic decision-making.

The opportunity is open to applicants from different backgrounds although you must be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / ACMA) and have plc/ AIM-listed reporting experience. The role could suit:
* A current GFC in a listed environment
* A divisional FC or senior group finance professional ready for the next step
* A Director/Senior Manager from a Big 4 or mid-tier firm looking to move into industry
In addition, you must be able to demonstrate:
* Gravitas and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and present at Board and Audit Committees
* Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS), with a commercial and risk-aware mindset
* Experience in managing and developing a team
* Exposure to consolidations, tax, treasury and acquisition accounting
