Role Overview
An exciting opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist, registered with HCPC, to join the Adult Mental Health OT Service in a community setting within Central Aberdeenshire.
Responsibilities
The post holder will work with adults aged 18‑65, applying specialist OT knowledge in mental health, supporting and developing patient competencies. The role involves excellent communication, teamwork, and extended skill development. The OT team is supportive and diverse.
Qualifications
* Experienced occupational therapist in mental health, registered with HCPC.
* Specialist knowledge and skills of OT practice.
* Excellent communication and team‑working skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car for travel.
Hours and Pay
Full‑time working week reduced to 36 hours from 37; part‑time hours reduced pro‑rata. The hourly rate will increase accordingly so pay will not be affected.
