Loading/Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring it is properly secured and stable. Jobsite Placement: Maneuver and precisely position heavy equipment at designated locations, sometimes using hoists and pulleys. Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, conduct equipment inspections, and ensure a safe work environment for themselves and others. Communication: Serve as a liaison between project managers and customers, ensuring clear communication to meet project timelines and specifications. Key Skills and Qualifications: Commercial Driving License class 1 HGV A valid CDL is essential for operating heavy trucks and trailers. Rigging Knowledge: Proficiency in selecting and using various rigging gear, understanding load weights, and performing secure attachment. Physical Fitness: The ability to lift heavy items and work in physically demanding conditions. Spatial Awareness: Crucial for navigating large vehicles and equipment in complex environments. Safety Certifications: Depending on the region and employer, certifications for rigging and operating cranes may be required. Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients. Helping the team where and when required at site
