We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cake Maker to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, ensuring consistency in quality and taste

* Follow recipes accurately while also demonstrating creativity in cake design
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery workspace in compliance with food safety regulations
* Assist in the development of new cake recipes and decoration techniques
* Manage ingredients inventory and ensure proper storage of baking supplies
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or baking, preferably within a bakery or restaurant environment
* Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to baking and cake decoration
* Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices in a professional kitchen setting
* Excellent attention to detail and artistic skills for decorating cakes creatively
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
* Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is desirable but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly
