Please note that there are several key factors that will impact your success in securing this position:
* Significant experience with a General Contractor/Tier 1 builder is essential. Candidates whose background is primarily on the consultancy or PMC side are unlikely to meet the criteria for this role.
* In Canada, the Quantity Surveyor role is less prominent, meaning Project Managers and Senior Project Managers typically carry greater responsibility for cost and contract management. As such, strong exposure to the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects is a significant advantage.
* Demonstrated loyalty and tenure with previous employers is highly valued. Our client is seeking professionals committed to long-term opportunities and is investing substantially in relocation and visa support.
