We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join its central People team to support the HR functions for 8 schools.
This is a fast paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. Joining an ambitious, hardworking yet 'fun' team, you will lead on:
* Coaching and developing line managers on complex ER cases including grievance, absence management and investigations
* Ensuring employment law compliance
* Working closely with line managers on safe return to work cases
* Promote and support the use ofiTrent, enabling managers to use employee data effectively for informed decision-making.
* Collaborating on a Trust wide basis on effective retention and engagement policies.
You will be CIPD Level 5 qualified, possessing indepth knowledge of HR policies and practices, ideally within the education sector. You will be comfortable in relationship building, and be an advocate for delivering excellent HR support, maintaining professional integrity.
