About The Role

Are you ready to take on a role where your leadership truly matters?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee University College Isle of Man’s core operational functions as Director of Operations – including Finance, Human Resources, IT Infrastructure, Facilities, Student Services, Marketing, Communications, and Administration. This pivotal role ensures these essential areas are aligned with UCM’s Strategic Plan, driving institutional success, sustainability, and innovation. You will be instrumental in fostering cross‑functional collaboration, enhancing service delivery, and shaping a resilient and future‑focused operational framework that supports our academic mission and community values.

* A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
