Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer
Job Type: Days based, Perm
Location: Hayes
Hours: Mon-Thurs 07.30 till 16.00pm and Fri 07.30 till 15.00pm
Pay: £34,000 - £40,000
Our client is a Sub-Contract Engineering company specialising in Multi–Axis and CNC machining serving a variety of Industries from Aerospace, Oil and gas, Medical & Research, Vacuum, Semi-Conductor and Cryogenics to name a few.
Job Requirements:
⦁ Program, set and operate 3 axis Hurco mills with Winmax controls (other controls considered)
⦁ Preform first off quality checks using verniers, calipers and micrometers
⦁ Produce components to aerospace standards
Benefits:
⦁ 20 days holiday plus bank holiday – Increases to 26 days with years of service
⦁ Pension
⦁ Overtime available up till 6pm during week at 1.25 rate and on Saturdays time up till 13.00pm at 1.5 rate
⦁ Following probation, training on Hypermill CAD/CAM
