A day in the life of a Sales Negotiator with haart at Wolverhampton:
* Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
* Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
* A focus on generating new and repeat business
* Canvassing the local area
* Door knocking and leaflet dropping
* Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
