Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and well‑respected primary school in the Fleetwood area. This is a maternity cover position starting after the Easter break and will run for the duration of the leave period.
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate teacher who can confidently deliver engaging lessons, support the progression of all learners, and contribute positively to school life. You will be leading a friendly and well‑behaved Year 4 class with strong support from senior leadership and experienced teaching assistants.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification
* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong behaviour management and the ability to build positive relationships
* A commitment to delivering high‑quality, child‑centred learning
* Up‑to‑date safeguarding knowledge (Teaching Personnel can provide training if needed)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
