Responsibilities and duties
* Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager you will:
* Develop and implement sustainability strategies and goals.
* Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics and compliance.
* Lead sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact.
* Collaborate across business units to ensure sustainability has been integrated into business operations.
* Engage with stakeholders, communicating and educating on sustainability issues and initiatives.
* Regular environmental audits and assessments.
* Build partnerships with external organisations and groups to advance sustainability objectives.
Professional qualifications
* We are looking for someone with the following:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent in environmental management or sustainability - or something related.
* Min. 5 years experience in a related role.
* Proven experience of developing and implementing environmental and sustainability strategies and projects.
* Full UK driving license.

* The Environmental and Sustainability role would suit someone who is:
* Able to work in a cross functional team.
* Analytical with strong communication skills.
