What youll be doing: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Researching target markets and headhunting top talent
Building relationships with CEOs from leading global clients and generating new business
Managing your own client and candidate portfolio
Running the full recruitment process from initial call to placement
Handling contract and salary negotiations
What were looking for: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
A graduate from a top 50 university
Confident and personable, someone who thrives on building relationships
Previous commercial experience is beneficial (sales especially!)
Highly ambitious with a strong work ethic
Goal-oriented and financially driven
Competitive (a sporting background is a bonus)
