We are looking for a dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join one of our warm and welcoming nurseries in Kettering. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding childcare and education and wants to make a genuine difference in children's early years. Your responsibilities will include: Providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment Supporting children's learning through play-based activities Planning activities in line with EYFS and children's interests Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development Working in partnership with parents and carers Ensuring safeguarding procedures are always followed Essential requirements: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Experience working in a nursery or early years setting A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach Good communication and organisational skills What we offer: Competitive pay (depending on experience) Training and professional development Opportunities to progress within the nursery All candidates who register with Simply Education are required to provide references for the previous 2 years of work, as well as complete an enhanced DBS check.
