Job Description
* Set and communicate a clear, ambitious product vision aligned with organisational strategy.
* Build and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
* Translate user needs and market insights into user stories, backlog items, and acceptance criteria.
* Manage end‑to‑end delivery for multiple concurrent projects, from concept to closure.
* Lead and coordinate change activities, ensuring structured governance and smooth delivery.
* Track KPIs post‑launch and report progress to leadership, ensuring accountability and transparency.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party vendors to ensure timely, quality delivery.
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, release planning, demos, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
* 7+ years overall experience, including 4+ years in metals, mining, or energy industries.
* Strong background as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
* Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant business field.
* Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent).
* Proven experience managing complex change portfolios and multi‑project environments.
* Skilled in backlog management, UI/UX collaboration, wireframing, and analytics.
* Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, Agile delivery, and SDLC methodologies.
* Familiarity with technologies such as Azure, Power BI, Python, SQL, Synapse, and big‑data environments.
