THE ROLE
As our DSP Relationship Manager (London), you aren't just managing accounts; you are the face of the European alternative. You will be responsible for scaling our footprint with major DSPs, agencies, and trading desks, ensuring that ConnectAd is the first choice for Supply Path Optimization (SPO).
What you'll do:
* Drive the "No AdTech-Tax" Mission: Educate DSPs on why our minimal take-rate makes their spend more competitive and their win-rates higher.
* SPO Leadership: Work directly with trading desks to move budgets to the shortest, cleanest path—our direct publisher relationships.
* Strategic Growth: Manage and scale existing partnerships with the likes of Google, Adform, and RTB House, while hunting for new opportunities.
* Tech Advocacy: Use our Smart Throttling Engine and low-latency infrastructure as your primary weapons to help DSPs reduce their infrastructure costs.
* Market Intelligence: Act as the bridge between London's vibrant buy-side and our European product team to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Requirements
* The Experience: 3–5 years in Programmatic Advertising, specifically within the DSP or SSP landscape. You know the players, the protocols (OpenRTB 2.5), and the politics.
* The Network: An established "rolodex" of contacts within London-based DSPs and agency trading desks.
* The Mindset: You're a challenger. You're bored of the "big tech" bureaucracy and want to work somewhere where your decisions actually move the needle.
* The Tech Fluency: You can talk QPS, SPO, and latency without breaking a sweat.
* The Drive: You are "young, wild, and free" (metaphorically speaking)—ready to disrupt the status quo with a bit of cheek and a lot of data.
