Role: Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 2 -5 years PQE
1. 2 -5 years PQE
2. Experienced in handling and progressing litigated cases in the Sheriff Court and ASSPIC and/or Court of Session
3. Experienced in progressing pre-litigated cases
4. Good knowledge of Court practice and procedures
5. Knowledgeable in personal injury law and able to interpret legislation and case law
6. A strong communicator with good organisational skills
7. Compassionate and empathetic with good client handling skills
8. Able to work independently and use initiative
9. A good time manager and able to meet deadlines, multi-task, and prioritise
10. A hardworking team player with a positive outlook
11. Commercially aware and focused on meeting key performance indicators and targets
