LOCATION(S): Bristol, Halifax, Leeds, Chester, Edinburgh
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub mentioned above.
About this opportunity
We’re looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Consumer Marketing Affluent, Save, Invest & Protect team within Brands, Marketing & Experience. Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Director, you’ll ensure the leadership team runs efficiently, projects are delivered on time, and the team is equipped to achieve its priorities.

What you'll be doing
1. Manage the Director’s office, including diary and inbox oversight, ensuring priorities are addressed.
2. Provide secretariat support for leadership meetings: agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions.
3. Coordinate time-critical and strategic projects across the team to ensure timely delivery.
4. Organise key people initiatives such as checkpoints, succession planning and recognition.
5. Lead delivery of the team people plan and communications, including written updates and monthly calls.
6. Manage marketing, travel and expense budgets in partnership with the Enablement team.
7. Act as risk management representative, ensuring compliance with Records Management, Business Continuity and High-Risk Data processes.
8. Support recruitment and FTE management.
9. Drive efficient use of Jira and facilitate team awaydays.
10. Build strong relationships across the team and wider business to achieve shared goals.
11. Support the Chief Marketing Officer’s office with ad hoc marketing queries.

17. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Group/BMX function desirable.
