HR Business Partner (12-Month FTC)
Location: Letchworth Garden City (Hybrid)
Contract: January 2026 – December 2026
Due to the exciting news that one of our team is expecting, we’re looking for an experienced HR professional to join dormakaba UK & Ireland for a 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a full generalist HR service with a strong focus on Employee Relations, partnering with managers and supporting key HR processes across performance management, recruitment, and people development.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
* Build strong partnerships with leadership teams
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law
* Support performance management and talent development initiatives
* Educate and coach managers on best practices
* Ensure compliance with GDPR and HR policies
* Collaborate with global HR teams on strategic projects
Experience that matters: Your Skills
* 4–6 years’ HR experience in fast‑paced environments
* CIPD Level 5 (desirable)
* Strong employment law knowledge
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Proven experience in ER case management and restructuring
* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
