The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a dedicated and supportive team, handling a diverse and challenging caseload. You will be representing clients who have suffered injuries or issues arising during their service, providing them with expert guidance and support throughout their claims.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of military claims from instruction to settlement.
* Advising clients on all aspects of the claims process with empathy and professionalism.
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence to a high standard.
* Conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing cases for negotiation or litigation.
* Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional client service.
* Staying up to date with relevant case law, regulations, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (newly qualified and experienced candidates welcome).
* Strong litigation experience — personal injury, clinical negligence, or civil litigation preferred.
* Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
